The Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc., in conjunction with the Early Care and Learning Council, is conducting a survey about child care in Dutchess and Putnam Counties. Our goal is to reach at least 500 parents who currently have children in child care, or had children in child care in the past, or parents who are looking for child care.  The information we collect will be a tool to help us improve our services to families and to educate policymakers on child care issues.

We ask that you please print and display our flyer and distribute this survey to parents that are using your services. They may complete the survey online or on paper, whichever is easier. 

OUR GOAL IS TO REACH AT LEAST 500 PARENTS! WE NEED YOUR HELP!
