Beth Anspach, is a Music Therapist, Licensed Kindermusic Educator with the distinction Maestro in Masterful Teaching, and mom of three. Beth has been using Conscious Discipline with her own children and in her classroom for the past 11 years. In 2013 she decided to make her training official and since then has attended the Conscious Discipline Advanced Institute. Beth is currently offering discipline classes to parents and educators in the Hudson Valley, NY and working towards finalizing her training to be a Certified Instructor for Conscious Discipline in December 2014.
This workshop targets adult providers for child care with an emphasis on breathing and self-relaxation techniques. The participants will move through a series of basic and also restorative yoga postures that promote energy, focus, and eventually mental calmness.
