In this workshop, participants will learn about what constitutes bullying and discuss scenarios they have or might encounter. We will explore how to set children and staff up for success, how to prevent bullying behaviors, and ways to intervene when presented with bullying within childcare programs. We will also discuss how to tailor interventions that are age-appropriate.
