Changing the environment can often reduce behavioral episodes; because of this, we will also discuss adapting the environment and avoiding situations that are triggers. We will explore teaching skills and replacement behaviors such as modeling, consistent rules, and positive reinforcement. Discover what science tells us about punishment vs. rewards. Take a new look at time out and get prepared for emergency situations.
