The Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc. will be honoring outstanding contributions by committed child care providers.
On Thursday, March 29, 2012, the CCCDP will host its Champions of Child Care celebration.
Use this form to nominate your child care provider or child care program for an award this year.
