Working Effectively with Parents
Participants will learn the basics of effective communication, acknowledging parent/family perspectives, and how to build strong relationships with families. Lastly, participants will examine situations that cause misunderstandings between parents and their children’s caregivers and how to resolve differences using the partnership approach.
