 listening with the child. Changing the environment can often reduce behavi
 oral episodes\; because of this\, we will also discuss adapting the enviro
 nment and avoiding situations that are triggers. We will explore teaching 
 skills and replacement behaviors such as modeling\, consistent rules\, and
  positive reinforcement. Discover what science tells us about punishment v
 s. rewards. Take a new look at time out and get prepared for emergency sit
