For Child Care Providers
The Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam (CCCDP) works side by side with new and experienced early childhood educators to support and strengthen family day care and after-school programs across both counties. We handle new and renewal applications, conduct inspections, investigate program concerns, and provide training and guidance to help programs thrive.
CCCDP also offers business support to child care providers, helping them build sustainable, high-quality programs.
Through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), we support family and group child care providers in serving nutritious meals by offering reimbursement and education.
For those caring for infants and toddlers, personalized technical assistance from an Infant-Toddler Specialist focused on developmentally appropriate care.
Additionally, all child care providers have access to a Health Care Consultant for guidance on health, safety, and wellness practices.
CCCDP provides flexible training and technical assistance for all providers, with options for group sessions or customized, on-site support tailored to each program’s unique needs.
