Child Care Providers have high risk jobs. We will review our strategies for keeping children safe and look for “chinks in the armor”. Real life stories from the current headline news will be discussed, the NYS OCFS Regulations about supervision will be reviewed, and all participants will be given checklists and assessment forms that can be used to assess their programs.
