Mini Makers and Movers: STEAM in Child Care
This training equips child care providers with fun, hands-on strategies to introduce Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) in early childhood settings. Participants will learn the benefits in adding STEAM to your daily routine, how to foster curiosity and creativity through age-appropriate activities, play-based learning and everyday explorations. The session will emphasize simple, engaging ways to integrate STEAM into daily routines, helping young children develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking and a love for learning. Caregivers will leave with practical ideas and resources to make STEAM an exciting and natural part of early childhood experiences
