Session 3 - "Introduction to the Devereux Adult Resilience Survey (DARS)"
Research confirms the critical connection between the health and well-being of children and the adults caring for them. Because of this important link, it is essential that adults take care of themselves so that they are able to provide high quality care to the children in their care. What can you do for yourself that supports your resilience and protective factors? In this workshop, we will discuss the purpose of the DARS, identify some adult protective factors, and reflect on your current level of resilience.
Each attendee will receive a copy of the book "Building Your Bounce: Simple Strategies for a Resilient You."
