Participants will explore a variety of conflict management techniques that can be implemented in the home, daycare, and preschool settings and will learn how to use these techniques to address children’s behaviors. The six key guidance
practices of a successful learning environment will be presented and strategies to increase appropriate social and learning behaviors will be explored.
