New Health Care Consultant Contract Process
Beginning July 1, 2026, the Childcare Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc. will be launching a streamlined yearly renewal system to make it easier than ever for regulated childcare programs to maintain their healthcare consultant contracts.
The annual contract will continue to provide your program with a comprehensive suite of services, including:
- On-site visits
- Healthcare plan training/renewal
- Healthcare plan review and sign off
- Additional site visits, which may include review of medication administration procedures or special needs issues, health and safety issues, and healthcare plan compliance
- Amendments and/or updates to program healthcare plans via fax, email, or phone
- Technical assistance via phone, email, or in person upon request
- As a reminder – an annual visit is required per OCFS regulation.
