This workshop explore ethics in child care with regard to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Providers will discuss ways in which ethical responsibilities to children, family and community are maintained. Discussion will also take place regarding the ever growing social media and how professionalism and confidentiality need to be maintained in this social venue. Participants will create a social media policy for their programs.
