Explore how you can meet Pre-K Foundation for the Common Core Learning Standards with block play in this fun and interactive workshop. Purposeful play with blocks can provide learning opportunities in math, science, art, dramatic play, and literacy. Participants will also review the NYS Early Learning Guidelines and the NYS Core Body of Knowledge. Please indicate your modality (for example Family or Group Family Child Care, Day Care Center, and School Aged Child Care) when registering for this training. Come dressed for play! It will be helpful to bring a copy of the common core standards to this training.
